Terms and conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years of age or over. Employees and the immediate families of The Promoter (Wingman Brewing Pty Ltd ABN 32 622 214 368), and the Promoter's Agencies are ineligible to enter.

  3. Entrants can enter by purchasing a Wingman Premium Lager from any of the following venues at Sydney University; Manning Bar, Courtyard Restaurant & Bar, Hermann’s Bar. Entrants will receive one entry card per unit purchased. Entrants are required to log onto the promotional website www.wingmanbeer.com.au/win and complete the entry form with the unique code from their entry card. Each unique code is only permitted to be entered once. Multiple entries per person are allowed.

  4. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 2 October 2018 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 31 October 2018. (“Promotion Period”).

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

  6. The draw will take place at Level 1, 19 Hale Street, Botany, NSW, 2019 at 10.00am (AEST) on 1 November 2018. The winner will be notified in writing via email and announced on the Wingman Beer Facebook page on 3 November 2018.

  7. The first eligible entry drawn will win a A$500 Visa gift card. Total value of the draw prize is A$500.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these terms & conditions or forfeiting or not claiming any prize. If a prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, The Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw, on 3 November 2018. The winner of the redraw will be notified in writing via email and on the Wingman Beer Facebook page on 5 November 2018.

  9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of The Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

  12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into The Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

  13. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Competition and for promotional purposes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that The Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant, including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic messages. The Promoter may also use this information to publish the winner's names in any media.
